Sometimes email systems send our updates to the wrong place, like the spam, junk, or promotions folder. That means you might be missing out on big news, upcoming events, and important school choice updates.

Here are 3 quick and easy steps to make sure you’re getting our emails every time:

1. Add CEAM to Your Contact List

Add our email address — peter@ceamteam.org AND cici@ceamteam.org — to your address book or contact list. This tells your email system we’re someone you trust.

2. Check Your Spam or Promotions Folder

If you haven’t seen us in a while, peek into your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you find one of our emails there, move it to your inbox and click “Not Spam” or “Mark as Safe.”

3. Drag and Drop (Gmail Users)

If you use Gmail and our email lands in the Promotions tab, drag it to your Primary inbox. Gmail will ask if you want to do this for future emails—say yes!
