This year we planned to celebrate a long-awaited legislative victory establishing Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts. It is the culmination of over a decade of CEAM parent advocates organizing and mobilizing to educate Missouri leaders about the need for educational options.
We are also honored to be joined by our Champion for Change, Virginia Walden Ford, who herself led parents in Washington DC to establish the DC Opportunity Scholars Program.
